My journey in education began as a proud graduate of Beaumont Independent School District, followed by earning my degrees from the University of Oklahoma and Duke University School of Law.
With over 20 years of legal experience, I've specialized in labor and employment law for the past eight years. As a certified HR professional (SHRM-CP) and a licensed attorney, I've reimagined complaint investigation and resolution processes, reducing EEOC charges by 75%. I've also mentored employees into senior management roles and designed impactful training for hundreds of supervisors.
